Yum! Hot potatoes! We cooked these potatoes at MOTEC and stuffed them withcheese, ham and tomato. As part of our healthy eating programme we are looking at different ways to eat healthy food. Some of us had not had potato cooked this way but most of us enjoyed it. Harsh and Tenesha thought they were great.
