To celebrate 'Library Week' Room 11 joined in on New Zealand's Biggest Story Time. This is a time when libraries and schools around New Zealand all sit down at the same time and read the same book. Because this year's book was Piggity-Wiggity-Jiggity-Jig by Diana Neild we decided to take the book and read it to another class because we loved it being read to us. We went to Room 9 on the 20th August and Fiona read the book to all of us. Isn't it amazing to think there were children all around the country listening to the story being read at the same time as us.
Piggity-Wiggity-Jiggity-Jig was the book we studied for Book Backchat this term.
